Cancellation Policy : 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of services booked. Individuals or groups with services booked in excess of $200 require a valid credit card at the time of booking and a 48 hour cancellation notice. Appointments not cancelled within 24 or 48 hour time frame and not kept will be charged 100% of the services booked. Please ask for a cancellation number at the time of cancellation.
